Above and beyond my expectations! My job was not an easy one! They left me in tears with how great a job they did. I have a bakery, so just imagine the task! It felt like brand new when I walked in! The staff were diligent, swift and professional. I couldn't be any happier with the results! I have hired them to come in once a week now as well! I will definitely recommend to fellow businesses and friends

Well today was the first services I received from this company and let me just say I'm a very anal retentive person I may have found only a couple things that only my eye would find but other than that extremely excellent service doesn't say enough I will be looking forward to having their services on a regular basis

So I I'm a little type A- That said I requested several estimates from Yelp. Serrano's Cleaning Services responded an gave estimates, I was instructed to book on there web site. Which I attempted but I couldn't since it was over a month away. So I sent them a message ( they were very prompt to responding) I gave all the information as to how many rooms. I received a quote that was fair plus they give military discount. A++ Would definitely recommend!!!!!!

I have Serrano's cleaning service deep clean my property for an hourly rate total 4 hours. I would say the 2 ladies Maria & Erika did an excellent job! They worked so hard and listened to what I needed to be cleaned and did it very well. My kitchen, refrigerator, bathrooms, floors, ceiling fans, cabinets and light fixtures are all sparkling! Price is reasonable/affordable. Responsive to calls and explains in detail the services they offer. Will definitely use again and recommend to families and friends.

Awesome service and quality work! I went with this company initially because they were the most responsive. Anytime I had any questions I would get a response within minutes. Carolina was very thorough when explaining all of what their services included. Awesome service from beginning to end. Very pleased with how our house turned out, will be using them again!

This is only my second time getting a cleaning service. I was skeptical because my first time wasn't that great. This team however is very thorough. The do a great job, are punctual, and on point. The company is easy to work with and they respond quickly when you have any questions. I would totally recommend them.

I called and a lady helped answer all my questions over the phone. These ladies work hard at cleaning my 2000 sq ft home. I purchased the 4 hours deep cleaning package. They did not get through everything on the list but my bathrooms and kitchen look good. I did knock off a start because they showed up an hour later but the office manager called me advance to notify me that they were running behind. Overall for the price and service, I would call them again. Thanks Serrano's Cleaning Services!

They do a wonderful job and are attentive to every little thing. The first time they came (for the deep cleaning) there were several of them and they spent hours. I was amazed when I saw how they cleaned everything, including my china cabinet, all the little pieces that needed dusting, all was spotless. I am totally pleased and would recommend. They come between 11 and two, we had set up 11 but they are often a few hours later. I don't think of it as late, I think of it as they are very busy and I am sure don't know how long each job will take. If I had an issue with it I would talk to them but the time they come is not important to me. I only mention this because another reviewer said they were late several times, to me, 11 is an estimate, not a set time. They are extremely sweet and always make the extra effort to make sure it looks amazing. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Serranos Cleaning service. I normally do not write reviews, but this company is making my life so much easier by keeping my house clean while giving me a piece of mind. When I was originally looking for a cleaning service 3 years ago, my main concern was having people I could trust in my home who give you quality service, and they deliver on both! On top of this, they are responsible...they never miss an appointment, they always lock up, return the key in the lockbox, my dog is happy, and I come home to a sparkling clean home!!!

I have been using Serrano's for nearly two years and they do an amazing job! I was one of those people who was a little nervous about having my house cleaned by new people, but I am so thankful I found Serrano's! They are very professional, they leave your house sparkling clean, they are very trustworthy, they even add their own little touches here and there which I love. We are busy people and thanks to Serrano's my house is neat and clean at an affordable price. Since we hired them we have a lot more time to spend with our family, entertain friends, and enjoy life.

Serrano's cleaning services just came out to do a one-time deep clean of my house prior to the holidays. This place looks fantastic! They did a phenomenal job, the oven & dishwasher look brand new. It looks better than the day I moved in! This is the third time I have used their services and I will continue to use them. Next project: cleaning out the garage, which they also do. They are an honest & trustworthy company. So nice to have a sparkling clean house for the holidays and the start of the new year!
