Tips are to be paid to the cleaners in person.
All services are paid by card, we not not accept check or cash for the deposit. We do not accept checks at all for the deposit or for the payment on the day of the cleaning. If you choose a date of the same day cleaning, you would be required to pay by card, we do not accept cash on the same day service.
All payments via online through our website has a additonal card fee of 3%, if you wish to not pay the extra 3% card fee, you'd have to pay the full amount on the day you created or requested the services to be scheduled. The card fee would then be waived and you would be provided with a 5% discount (note: the 5% discount is only if your service was not provided with a discount, or a special pricing for you directly). In order for you to get this special, the customer must request the discount and your appointment information would then be updated.
Recurring customers can not pay via venmo, recurring customers are required to pay automaticly by card with a card fee of 3% additonal. The recurring customers may also be provided a waive of the 3% card fee if they pre-pay there services with 2 visits. And to get a 5% discount the customer would be required to pay 4 pre-payment visits.
All appointments have cancelation fees, reschedule fees, late fees, and no show fees. Please read below before you continue.
1. If the customer were to cancel or reschedule with 1 day notice before 5pm the customer would have no additonal fees.
2. If the customer were to cancel or reschedule a second time, the customer would be faced with a surcharge of $55 to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Due to wasting our time.
3. If the customer were to be late to their appontment or not be near the property between their arrival time, the customer would be faced with a surcharge of $28 per cleaner per hour.
4. If the customer were to cancel after being late to their appointment, the customer would be charged with a $50 fee per cleaner per hour.
5. If the customer were to not show up to their appointment, (which would be concidered a customer who does not answer the phone or text messages within a 30 to 60 minute range of waiting time); will then be faced with a surcharge of $30 per cleaner per hour. Your service deposit would be parcialy refunded depending on the cost of the amount of waiting time the cleaners had to face, due to not being responsible.
6. If the customer is rude, ill-mannered to the cleaners at any time during the services, the customer service payment will be non-refundable and the cleaners will leave the premisses. This would depend on the how far the cleaners were there during the services. Please respect the cleaners during their stay, we appreciate our team and will stand behind them, if there is any rude, ill-mannered, or racism behavior from the customer.
