Serrano's Laundry

Important Service Awareness:

Standard Machines: We use normal wash and dry machines. We do not provide specialized or delicate treatment.
No Sorting/Checking: We do not search inside pockets, verify color-coding, or check for sensitive fabrics. We insert laundry exactly as provided.
Color Coding: Please color-coordinate your clothing *per bag* before pick-up. One bag equals one single load.
Detergent Policy: We provide basic detergent. If you prefer a specific brand, please provide it at pick-up, clearly labeled with your full name.
Liability: We are not responsible for discoloration or damage caused by mixed colors or sensitive items being included in the bags.
